If you have forgotten your username it can be found in the Member Portal’s Compliance Guardian page under the Login Reset column.

If you have forgotten your password it can be reset via the Member Portal’s Compliance Guardian page by clicking on the user name for the individual in the employee listing.

If you don’t have access please contact the store owner who can assist you with the password reset.
